We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. Standard shipping is the default option for all orders, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, and delivery times will be faster than standard shipping.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Customers are responsible for all customs and import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order's status and delivery progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

 

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) are not in their original condition.

 

2. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You can contact us via email, phone, or live chat. Once you have obtained a RAN, you can send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) (excluding shipping costs) once we receive and inspect the item(s).

 

3. Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a RAN. You can contact us via email, phone, or live chat. Once you have obtained a RAN, you can send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please specify the item(s) you would like to exchange for. We will ship the new item(s) to you once we receive and inspect the item(s).

 

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item(s), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
